About Terry Scollin, CRS

Terry graduated from St. Joseph's University and has spent the last 13 years in real estate. He ran a successful real estate business buying and selling homes in and around the Greater Philadelphia Region. He is a member of the St. Joseph's University Real Estate and Construction Chapter and has taught classes on the subject. From first-time buyers looking for the perfect starter home, to empty nesters ready to downsize, Terry partners with his clients to make the buying and selling process as efficient as possible. This includes securing the best financing, negotiating contracts, navigating through the inspection process, marketing your home and more. When hes not helping his clients achieve their goals, Terry enjoys traveling to the Finger Lakes with his kids, attending their sports activities, exercising, biking, and golfing. He currently resides in Conshohocken with his three children.
