About This Property

When I bought the house, the bathrooms were venting into the attic and mold was growing on cabinets built against the exterior wall of the basement.  I had the ventilation rerouted out through the roof and the cabinets ripped out of the basement.  I had both the attic and the basement fully treated for mold. In addition,  I had the entire attic coated with a mold barrier to prevent any future mold. Both treatments have transferrable warranties for 10/20 years. Any areas with actual mold were disposed of. There is a 2nd refrigerator/ freezer included in the basement and the snowblower in the garage is included. The basketball hoop, deck furniture and grill will all be included if the buyer wants them.
