This Highlands Neighborhood Colonial is near schools, parks, downtown, etc.  When you drive up you will notice the beautiful landscaping, and plantings.  When you enter, you are welcomed into an enclosed front porch.  No need to stand in the weather waiting to enter the house.  As you enter the entry of the house on the right you have a large living room with lots of windows.  To the left as you enter the entry is a very nice size dining room.  The entry has a closet and and the steps to the second floor.  Off of the living room is a hall with access to the pantry and steps to the basement, and also a half bath, a door to the backyard, and past the hallway is the entry to the kitchen.  The kitchen is older and needs updating.   The second floor has four bedrooms and a full bathroom.  There are hardwood floors in most of the house and new insulated windows throughout.  The basement is full and contains the heating, hot water system, etc. There is also a cedar closet in the basement.
